Senior Sales Manager

Main job responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research and inspection analysis, formulate company sales policy and sales strategy
2. Formulate annual sales budget and plan based on the company’s overall strategy, supervise and implement the entire sales process, complete sales tasks
3. Establish and adjust company marketing organization Build, expand, and adjust marketing networks in market segments
4. Plan the overall operation of the company’s sales system, establish and improve system rules and regulations, and promote the standardization of the company’s sales system management
5. Develop enterprise product and enterprise brand promotion programs and supervise their implementation
6. Participate in market planning, product management and other work
7. Develop and maintain and coordinate the relationship between enterprises, suppliers and customers
8. Responsible for company exhibitions and product meetings

Requirements:
Teaching experience:
● Mechanical and electrical, electrification, marketing, business management and other related professional undergraduate degree and above
work experience and skills qualification requirements:
● Have more than 8 years of sales experience in the automotive industry, led the sales team to complete department/company sales tasks . Have certain customer resources
● Familiar with the development process of non-standard equipment, can provide customers with competitive solutions
● Have strong team development and management capabilities, systematic new market expansion thinking. Good character quality, good faith, strong language communication and expression ability
● Strong market analysis and insight ability
● Can withstand strong work pressure and adapt to business trips
● More than 5 years of international non-standard equipment company product sales experience or similar Excellent industry experience
